After downloading, just double click on the installer to run and then follow the on-screen process to install Samsung Kies. After successful installation, it will ask you to connect the phone. Just connect it with a data cable which is provided in the package. That should finish the installation process.

If you are using an older version, then you can first uninstall it by going to:
