Play Command and Conquer Online on your Browser [HTML5 Game]

January 27, 2012 by Saqib 1 Comment

Command and Conquer one of the most popular game of 1990s. This game is now turned into an HTML5 game that can be played from your browser. Yes, you read it right. All you need is internet connection and a browser to play Command and Conquer.

This game was once a big hit and many gamers spent countless hours playing this RTS (Real Time Strategy) game. It’s built using HTML5 and JavaScript by a developer named as Aditya Ravi Shankar from India. According to the developer, he spent three and a half weeks to develop the first version of this game and its still under development and needs some more polishing.

When running the game, it took sometime to load but once loaded, it ran perfectly. I would have wished for a bigger screen and less advertisements on the page, but can’t complain more as its free to play.

The game runs best on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. It may have some bugs as its still a work in progress, but if you want to try out a retro game, without installing anything, then you should definitely try this out.
