Firstly, download and install Internet Explorer 9. Don’t worry, you can replace all the files of old IE and update it to IE9. Your old version will be updated to IE9.
Next, start IE9, and open the website which you want to test. After the site is loaded, press F12 key to open Developer tools.
Click on Browser mode and then click on the version of IE which you want to test on. E.g. to test your site on IE7, click on Internet Explorer 7. This way, you can test the site on IE7, and IE8 also.
