How to Fix Aw, Snap Error in Chrome
If a web page closes/crashes unexpectedly, first thing that you can do is to just reload the page. If this doesn’t solve the problem, then try below tips.
- From the system tray, right-click on Google Chrome icon and then click on “Exit” to exit the application.
Now start Chrome again. This will solve the issue in many cases and if not, then go to step2. - Sometimes anti-virus and firewall applications can also prevent Chrome from working properly. Try closing such programs temporarily and then check if the issue has been solved or not. - Exit Chrome.
- Find the “Default” folder located in the following locations:

– Windows Vista and Windows 7: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\
– Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default
