How Join.me Works
Head over to https://join.me and click on “Share”. Download the program and install it. After installing, the program will launch and you’ll see a small toolbar at the top side of the screen.
Now, to share the screen, click on the link at the top bar and click “Copy viewer to clipboard”. Send this link to all the participants to whom you want to share the screen with. When they open that link in a web browser, they’ll see your desktop/screen. From this we can say that participants don’t need to install any software, all they need is a web browser.
Use the icons from the toolbar to perform different operations like chatting, calling, pause screen, view participants and give mouse control to viewers. You didn’t thought that screen sharing is this easy, did you?
