The new iPad 3 (or call it as third generation of iPad) was officially announced by Apple. Now there are no more speculations or rumors about the next generation of Apple iPad as everything’s now official. The iPad 3 has got some exciting new features like the retina display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels, improved color saturation, A5X processor, quad core graphics chip, five-megapixels iSight camera (which can record videos at 1080p) and much more. Price of Apple iPad 3
The price of iPad 3 remains similar compared to the older version. You can get the iPad 3 in either WiFi or WiFi + 4G versions.

iPad 2 prices have also been reduced and is now more affodable. iPad 2 16GB WiFi version costs $399 while 16GB WiFi+3G costs $529.
You can start pre-ordering the iPad today. At this moment the Apple online store is under maintenance. Shipments for iPad 3 will begin from March 16, 2012 for 10 countries which include US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Honk Kong, Singapore and Australia. The rest of the world can get it from March 23rd.
