Yes, its true, next version of Microsoft Office is coming in 2010. Most probably it will be launched alone, don’t think that it will be launched with Windows 7.

According to reports, Microsoft Office will be sent to Manufacturers in the first half of next year. But it can take much more time to reach end user’s. The timing can also differ for big businesses and individual consumers. It would also be downloadable if you wish to download it.

Office 2010 is codenamed as “Office 14″ . It would also be able to create and edit documents in a web browser itself. There will also be a free ad-supported version of it.

Microsoft is planning to let thousands of people test a technical preview of the new Office in the third quarter of 2009, Capossela said. Many people could be able to test the beta version of it.

There was also a rumor that Office 14 will come in this year only, but Steve Ballmer extinguished this rumor in a meeting this February.

Airtel has launched 16 MBPS broadband on 6th April. Initially, it will be available in New Delhi NCR, Bangalore and Chennai. However Airtel said that it will be expanding its high-speed DSL broadband coverage to other cities also.

There will not be any unlimited plans in this 16 MBPS plan. A minus point to “downloaders”. In this plan you’ll be paying 4999 Rs with fixed line Airtel phone and a 50 GB data transfer plan. Prices are high as of now.
