The all new ATI HD 5XXX series graphics card coming

AMD is going to take another step to tackle its competitor. Yes, ATI HD 5XXX series is coming this September 10. This next generation graphics processors are code named as “Evergreen”. This next generation graphics processors are supporting Direct X 11. As we all know, Microsoft Windows 7 has Direct X 11. So AMD is getting us prepared for Windows 7. Afterall, we all are eagerly waiting for Windows 7, right.

Again this time, AMD will be the first to launch graphics cards with Direct X 11 support. The current generation of ATI cards also are very VFM (Value for Money) cards, as compared to Nvidia. In my opinion, ATI is ahead now also in competition. ATI’s HD 4850 and newly launched HD 4770 are a great success in the performance and price ratio. People are buying 4850 without much thinking. And in many places there is not even stock of 4770. This says us that 4770 is a great success because of its advantages.

Ofcourse, in India, we’ll have to wait for these new cards to arrive. And lets wish these cards are priced good. According to reports, 5870 will be priced around $300. But believe this or not, I don’t know.

We’ll come to know only on September 10 about the performance and price of these new cards. I can say that if you are thinking to buy a Graphics Card, then wait… AMD has something new in store for us. Gamer’s now you have a point to rejoice :)

    can you do maths?
first he said 300$ not 399$
    secondly
    if 1$ = 50 Rs. approx(max)
    Even then 399$ make 20k

and good news.. No tax for goods coming from many Asian countries due to new Asean treaty coming in effect from 1 jan. rejoice.
