Some interesting sites on the Web

Previously also I wrote a post in which I mentioned some of the best and useful websites. You may view it here. This is like part two of that post. In this post, I’ll be showing how to remotely connect your PC, how to send large files as attachments, how to edit your pictures online, playing games online, etc. So now, lets start.

logmein.com :

Ever wanted to control your home PC by sitting in office ? Then all you want is logmein. Basically you install a software on the client machine and then you can control this PC from anywhere in the World. Head to this website, click on “Get Started” and then in “Logmein Free”, click on signup. First your account will be created and then you have to download their software in the client PC. That’s it. Now you can remotely connect to this PC by just using a browser and logging in to their site and entering Email ID and password.

yousendit.com :

Ever wanted to share large files with your files ? But can’t send it as an attachment in the mail. Then all you require is yousendit. Now you can send files upto 100 MB in size to your loved ones. Head to this site, just enter To, From, Subject, Message and attach the file. Thats it. Now your friend will receive a mail and in that mail, there will be a download link. Easy !! Now send large files as attachments to your friends.

picnik.com :

Its fast, easy and fun. Now you don’t require to install any photo editing software in your PC. Yes, go to picnik.com and tweak your photo to your hearts content and then add special effects like new fonts, frames and shapes. Now all you need is a browser and start your picnik online. Its called photo editing made easy, and without installing any software. There are many things which you can find here. Try it. Below is a screenshot of a photo by experimenting with picnik.

Notice what I did here. Only the banana’s are coloring and everything else is in grayscale. You can do many more wonders with picnik. So don’t wait, try it out now.

Kill boredom, play games :) Yes, go to miniclip.com and you’ll find a plethora of fun and interesting games to play online. I know, you will find an interesting game that suits you. Its one of the best websites I have found. Plus you will find new games day by day. Also you can download some of the games from this site.

orkut-testimonial.blogspot.com :
